DXC joins hands Primary to bring zero trust to enterprise AI

DXC Technology has announced a strategic partnership with Primary, becoming the exclusive managed services provider for Primary’s AI-native Zero Trust Platform. The joint offering is designed to help enterprises and government agencies securely deploy and scale AI while governing how AI agents and enterprise AI applications access data.

As organisations move AI from experimentation into production, governing autonomous AI systems that interact with sensitive enterprise data has become a growing security challenge. Traditional security models were designed around users, devices and networks, rather than AI agents operating across complex enterprise environments.

The new offering combines Primary’s AI-native Zero Trust platform with DXC’s cybersecurity capabilities, covering consulting, implementation, integration, governance and managed security services. It is designed to provide greater visibility and control over AI systems while supporting secure enterprise AI adoption.

The platform helps customers secure AI agents and enterprise AI applications, govern AI access to enterprise data, strengthen identity and policy enforcement, reduce risks across enterprise environments, support compliance and regulatory requirements, and increase visibility across users, applications, data and AI agents.

Commenting on the launch Dawn-Marie Vaughan, Cybersecurity Global Offering Lead, DXC, said, As enterprises move AI from pilots to production, security and governance need to evolve alongside it. She said the partnership aims to bring Zero Trust principles to enterprise AI while providing the visibility, control and operational confidence required for production deployment.

Michael Marx, Co-Founder and President, Primary, said the key security challenge in enterprise AI is not only understanding what an AI agent is doing, but also determining whether its actions should be permitted and enabling real-time enforcement. He said Primary’s platform uses cross-domain telemetry for continuous, context-aware policy enforcement across the AI workflow.

The platform is designed for organisations operating in highly regulated environments and addresses requirements related to governance, compliance, data sovereignty and security. By embedding Zero Trust principles into enterprise AI environments, DXC and Primary aim to help customers move from AI experimentation to enterprise-scale deployment.
