Its conversational AI interface allows users to query procurement data using natural language and receive contextual responses with visualisations, without manually creating reports or navigating multiple dashboards.
Unlike traditional spend analytics platforms that primarily focus on historical data, Control Tower 2.0 combines spend intelligence with predictive capabilities. It is also integrated with Procol’s AI-native procurement platform, allowing organisations to move from analysing spend data to initiating procurement actions through connected workflows.
