Data Science Wizards unveils AI partnership model for enterprise AI adoption

Data Science Wizards (DSW) has launched the DSW AI Partnership Model, a new engagement framework aimed at helping enterprises build AI as a scalable, governed and long-term business capability rather than treating it as a collection of isolated projects.

The model is designed to support organisations throughout their AI journey by identifying high-impact use cases, establishing governance frameworks, operationalising AI in production and continuously improving outcomes. It is built around shared accountability, enterprise ownership and measurable business value.

According to the company, many organisations continue to face challenges in moving AI initiatives beyond experimentation because traditional engagement models often prioritise technology deployment or project completion instead of long-term business outcomes.

Instead of operating as a conventional technology vendor, DSW works alongside enterprises throughout the AI lifecycle, from identifying business opportunities and defining governance structures to building internal capabilities, deploying AI into production and optimising performance over time.

At the centre of the framework is a jointly defined Statement of Business Purpose, which serves as the guiding reference for prioritising AI use cases, architecture, delivery, success metrics and ongoing decision-making.

The AI Partnership Model is based on four core principles: Business Purpose Before Technology, Production with Predictability, Shared Accountability, and Enterprise Ownership and Freedom. The framework ensures customers retain ownership of their data, models, agents, workflows, source code and intellectual property while avoiding vendor lock-in.

DSW said its UnifyAI OS can be deployed where appropriate to orchestrate, govern and operate AI across enterprise systems, models, agents and deployment environments. However, the engagement model remains technology-agnostic and is aligned with each organisation’s business priorities and existing technology landscape.

Sandeep Khuperkar, Founder and CEO, Data Science Wizards, said enterprises invest in AI to improve business performance rather than deploy more technology. He added that many AI initiatives fail because they are implemented as disconnected tools instead of becoming part of an organisation’s core architecture. According to him, the AI Partnership Model is designed to help enterprises operationalise and govern AI as a continuous capability while focusing on measurable business outcomes.

Pritesh Tiwari, Founder and Chief Data Scientist, Data Science Wizards, said enterprises managing multiple AI models and intelligent agents require an operating approach that enables orchestration, governance, monitoring and continuous improvement. He said the AI Partnership Model has been designed to provide that continuity while allowing customers to retain ownership and control of what they build.

The company said enterprises are already in discussions to adopt the AI Partnership Model as they seek long-term AI engagement frameworks beyond conventional implementation projects.

The framework also includes structured governance through regular business purpose reviews, technical working sessions, executive steering reviews and outcome sign-offs to keep AI initiatives aligned with business objectives. Where appropriate, commercial engagements may also include outcome-linked components.

The AI Partnership Model has been developed for organisations across banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, the public sector and other regulated industries, to help enterprises establish AI as a governed, scalable and sustainable capability.
