DXC Technology opens AI-first Customer Experience Center in Bengaluru

DXC Technology has opened a new Customer Experience Center in Bengaluru, strengthening its presence in India with a 200,000-square-foot facility designed to accelerate enterprise AI adoption and customer collaboration.

The new centre is one of DXC’s largest global delivery hubs and expands the company’s network of customer collaboration sites. Located in one of Bengaluru’s leading technology corridors, the facility is designed to help organisations move from AI experimentation to large-scale deployment by enabling closer collaboration between DXC consultants, customers and technology partners.

The centre houses immersive Customer Experience Zones, Fluid Collaboration Hubs, Ideation Studios, Co-Creation Labs and Partner Experience Zones, providing an environment for designing, prototyping and scaling AI-enabled solutions.

Commenting on the launch, Ramnath Venkataraman, President, Consulting & Engineering Services, DXC Technology, said, Our greatest differentiator is our people. Our new Customer Experience Center brings together our exceptional engineering talent in a space designed for deeper collaboration with customers and partners, where we can co-create, engineer and scale AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges. By working side by side throughout the innovation journey, we’re helping customers move faster from ideas to measurable business outcomes.

The facility also showcases DXC’s capabilities across AI, cloud, consulting, engineering, cybersecurity and network transformation. It includes a dedicated AI Hub, Cyber Range, Forensics Labs, Security Operations Center and Network Operations Center, enabling enterprises to develop, deploy and monitor AI solutions throughout their lifecycle.

At the heart of the centre is DXC’s flagship AI Hub, where organisations can transform AI concepts into deployable solutions through hands-on development, testing and integration with existing enterprise systems.

Rob Le Busque, President, Asia Pacific & Japan, DXC Technology, said, “Our new Customer Experience Center represents a powerhouse for AI innovation, engineering excellence and customer collaboration. By bringing together our consulting, engineering and operations expertise in one environment, we’re helping customers accelerate AI adoption and create connected enterprises where people work alongside AI agents to engineer and run the systems of record for our customers.”

The new facility reinforces DXC Technology’s strategy of helping enterprises integrate AI into business operations while delivering measurable outcomes through end-to-end consulting, engineering and managed services.
