New Street has launched the New Street AI Fellowship, a six-month, on-site, paid programme in Bengaluru designed to train engineers in building production-ready AI solutions for enterprise customers. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between theoretical AI knowledge and practical AI implementation while supporting India’s growing ambitions in the global AI ecosystem.
The fellowship enables participants to work on real business requirements using MiFiX.ai, New Street’s enterprise AI platform, and transform them into deployed AI applications. Fellows will work alongside founders, CXOs and industry leaders while gaining hands-on experience in developing and shipping AI products that solve real customer challenges. Select participants may also receive full-time employment opportunities upon completion of the programme.
According to the company, the programme focuses on developing enterprise-grade AI capabilities by moving beyond theoretical learning and exposing engineers to real-world deployment environments. Participants will receive mentorship from company leadership and industry experts while building a portfolio of deployed AI projects. Upon completion, fellows will receive a New Street AI Fellowship certificate and gain access to a network of industry connections.
Commenting on the launch, Sajeev Viswanathan, Founder & CEO, New Street, said, “New Street is proud to play its part in India’s mission to stand tall in an AI native world. With our Fellowship Program, we aim to provide opportunities for talented youth to work on real world AI solutions for our rapidly expanding global marquee client base. All our Fellows will gain invaluable AI experience working on our award winning MiFiX.ai platform, while a few may secure longer term opportunities within our Company and with our clients. India has long been the supplier of engineering talent to the world. New Street’s AI Fellowship Program is our humble contribution towards India maturing from a talent exporting to a product exporting nation – make in India for the World.”
The fellowship is open to engineers holding a B.E., B.Tech, or MCA degree with at least one year of hands-on development experience.
