TO THE NEW has entered into an enterprise-wide learning partnership with Coursera to provide access to Coursera’s full enterprise learning catalogue for more than 2,200 employees across the organisation.
The partnership supports TO THE NEW’s AI Adoption Accelerated Programme, which is designed to build structured AI capabilities across its engineering teams and competencies. Under the initiative, employees will follow role-specific learning paths curated by practice leads, making AI skill development a structured organisation-wide effort rather than an individual learning activity.
The programme reflects TO THE NEW’s broader focus on integrating AI into both its client engagements and internal engineering practices. The company operates its client engagements as AI-enabled and is extending structured AI learning to its workforce across India, the US, the UAE and Australia.
Narinder Kumar, Co-founder and CEO, TO THE NEW, said AI adoption needs to extend beyond specialist teams and equip employees across the organisation with relevant skills. He added that the partnership with Coursera will provide structured, role-specific learning access at scale as the company prepares its teams and client engagements for an AI-native way of working.
Ashutosh Gupta, Managing Director, India and Asia Pacific, Coursera, said organisations need to develop AI capabilities across their wider workforce as AI moves from experimentation into everyday business operations. He added that TO THE NEW’s combination of enterprise-wide access and role-based learning demonstrates an approach to building sustained AI capabilities.
Employees are being onboarded to the programme in phases, with learning paths tailored to the requirements of individual practice areas.
