Powerweave has declared it is targeting approximately 30 per cent revenue growth in the current fiscal as it expands the use of artificial intelligence across its products and operations.
The company is integrating AI across three business areas: aws promostack, which serves the promotional products industry; ewiz procure, an AI-powered procurement platform; and Snowkap, an ESG and net-zero technology platform offering advisory and managed support.
AI currently assists with around 60–65 per cent of Powerweave’s software development lifecycle, helping reduce the development time for complex product features from approximately six to eight weeks to two to three weeks. The company has developed an internal framework with defined guardrails covering code development, testing, security, specifications and governance to maintain quality and control.
At ewiz procure, AI is being integrated across procurement workflows, including the creation of requests for proposals and information, analysis of vendor responses, and the generation of technical and commercial recommendations. The platform aims to help enterprises unlock value from their existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) and source-to-pay systems rather than replace them.
At Snowkap, AI helps organisations analyse large volumes of data to identify carbon-intensive areas across supply chains and potential decarbonisation opportunities. This approach moves the platform beyond ESG reporting towards actionable insights.
In the promotional products business, aws promostack combines technology platforms, AI capabilities and back-office operations to manage workflows covering order management, artwork, customer service and fulfilment.
According to Dheeraj Toshniwal, CEO of Powerweave, the company is shifting its focus from technology delivery towards measurable business outcomes. Its objectives include helping clients reduce procurement costs through ewiz procure, lower their carbon footprints through Snowkap and improve order economics through aws promostack.
As AI changes the economics of technology services, Powerweave is also seeing client discussions move from traditional full-time-equivalent (FTE)-led engagement models towards volume-based and outcome-based pricing. While AI is making basic technology development more accessible, the company believes domain expertise, industry workflows, integrations and data models will remain important differentiators in enterprise-grade solutions.
Rather than developing foundational AI models, Powerweave is focusing on applying existing AI capabilities to specific enterprise and industry use cases. The company aims to combine these capabilities with its domain expertise and technology platforms to deliver solutions focused on efficiency, business value, data privacy and measurable outcomes.
“AI is fundamentally changing how technology businesses build, operate and create value. For us, the opportunity is not simply about using AI to automate tasks, but about embedding it into our products and processes to deliver outcomes for our clients. We are moving towards a model where technology is ultimately measured by the business value it creates, whether that is lower procurement costs, reduced carbon footprint or improved order economics,” said Dheeraj Toshniwal, CEO, Powerweave.
