Kaynes Technology India Limited has announced its audited consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 2026, reporting strong revenue and EBITDA growth during FY26.
The company recorded consolidated revenue of Rs. 3,626.4 crores during FY2026, reflecting a 33.2 per cent year-on-year increase compared to Rs. 2,721.8 crores in FY2025. EBITDA for the year stood at Rs. 574.1 crores, registering a growth of 39.8 per cent, while EBITDA margins improved to 15.8 per cent from 15.1 per cent in the previous financial year.
Profit After Tax for FY2026 rose 24 per cent to Rs. 363.9 crores compared to Rs. 293.4 crores in FY2025.
For Q4 FY2026, Kaynes Technology India Limited reported revenue of Rs. 1,242.6 crores, marking a 26.2 per cent increase year-on-year. EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs. 193.7 crores, up 15.4 per cent, while Profit After Tax came in at Rs. 91.2 crores.
The company stated that its order book stood at over Rs. 8,000 crores as of FY26, providing strong revenue visibility for the future. During the quarter, the company inaugurated its OSAT facility in Sanand, Gujarat, which commenced commercial operations within 14 months of its groundbreaking ceremony.
Commenting on the results, Ramesh Kunhikannan, Executive Vice Chairman and Promoter, Kaynes Technology India Limited, said, “We achieved revenues of INR 36,264 mn during the FY 2026, registering a growth of 33 per cent YoY, along with steady YoY growth in difficult market situations. Our order book stood at upwards of INR 80,000 million as of FY26, providing strong revenue visibility for the future.”
He further added, “During the quarter, our Company achieved a significant milestone with the inauguration of our OSAT facility in Sanand, Gujarat. The event was graced by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Gujarat, Bhupendrabhai Patel ji, and Hon’ble Union Minister for Railways, Information & Broadcasting, and Electronics & Information Technology, Ashwini Vaishnaw ji, along with other distinguished dignitaries.”
The company also stated that its HDI PCB manufacturing unit is nearing operational readiness, which is expected to support scalable growth and improve execution visibility across key sectors including automotive, aerospace, EVs, industrial electronics, railways, IoT, and strategic electronics.
Kaynes Technology India Limited also announced the appointment of Dr. M. Annadurai and Rajesh Mittal as Independent Directors to further strengthen its board leadership and governance framework.
