Ishan Technologies has announced the deployment of PeopleStrong’s AI-first Human Resource Information System (HRIS) as part of its digital transformation strategy to strengthen people operations and support its expanding workforce across India.
The company said the implementation will provide a unified and scalable people platform designed to standardise HR processes and deliver a consistent employee experience across all its locations.
With more than 25 years of industry experience and nearly 2,000 employees across India, Ishan Technologies said the new HR platform will help manage its geographically distributed workforce more efficiently as the organisation continues to grow.
The company-wide deployment covers the entire employee lifecycle, bringing core HR functions onto a single platform. Employees will have access to a mobile-first experience along with Jinie, PeopleStrong’s AI-powered HR assistant, which offers round-the-clock support. Managers will also receive real-time workforce insights to support data-driven decision-making.
