BCSSL signs MoU with GCIB for Africa for Senegal projects

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Global Council for Investment and Business for Africa to collaborate on strategic initiatives, including the development of a Digital Factory in Senegal and other technology-driven socio-economic projects across Africa.

The MoU establishes a non-exclusive framework for collaboration, with both entities exploring the formation of joint ventures or special purpose vehicles to execute projects. The partnership will also involve engagement with the Government of Senegal and private stakeholders to build digital infrastructure and services across sectors such as IT, renewable energy, healthcare, education, and cybersecurity.

Under the agreement, BCSSL will provide technology platforms, domain expertise, and execution capabilities across AI-driven and digital initiatives, including project management and operational delivery. GCIB for Africa will facilitate regulatory approvals, stakeholder alignment, market access, and investor outreach, supporting on-ground implementation.

The collaboration aligns with BCSSL’s expansion into African markets, positioning Senegal as a base for scaling similar initiatives across the region. The partnership also reflects growing interest among Indian technology firms in emerging digital economies.

“Our expansion into Africa via Senegal is more than a geographic move; it is a commitment to building the digital backbone of emerging economies. The Digital Factory will serve as a lighthouse project, proving that Indian innovation can solve global challenges through local empowerment,” said Tejesh Kodali, Group Chairman, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited.
