Salesforce expands collaboration with InMobi 

Salesforce has announced the expansion of its long-standing collaboration with InMobi to accelerate the company’s AI-driven growth across its global advertising ecosystem.

As part of this transformation, InMobi is leveraging Salesforce solutions to power an AI-first unified operating model across its global business. These include Agentforce Sales, which streamlines pipeline management and enhances customer engagement, and Agentforce Service, designed to strengthen advertiser and partner support operations. The integration of advanced AI capabilities into sales workflows is enabling intelligent automation and faster, data-driven decision-making.

Over the past two decades, InMobi has built and scaled one of the world’s leading independent advertising platforms, with AI and data at the core of its innovation. The collaboration with Salesforce is now focused on strengthening the underlying sales, service, and data infrastructure that supports growth across InMobi’s Demand, Supply, and Xchange business units.

Salesforce is also enabling real-time forecasting, opportunity insights, and executive dashboards to improve visibility and performance. InMobi has upgraded to Slack Enterprise Grid to support seamless cross-functional collaboration at scale, while Data 360 has been deployed across business units to unify data and create a single, trusted foundation for actionable insights and personalised engagement.
