Blue Cloud Softech expands capital-market access with NSE listing

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has expanded its presence in India’s capital markets with the admission of its equity shares to trading on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). The company’s shares, traded under the symbol BLUECLOUDS, are now available on both NSE and BSE.

The NSE admission became effective on August 17, 2026, marking a significant development for the Hyderabad-based AI-first technology company as it looks to accelerate expansion across public safety, healthcare and digital infrastructure.

The dual listing is expected to broaden investor access, enhance liquidity and support the company in building a more diversified shareholder base. Blue Cloud said the wider capital-market reach will also support its plans to pursue AI platform deployments and government-led technology projects across India, the United States and Africa.

Blue Cloud qualified for NSE admission based on its market capitalisation, which remained above the applicable eligibility threshold on a six-month average basis, along with its compliance and investor-grievance record. A total of 92,30,81,600 equity shares with a face value of Re 1 each have been admitted for trading under the permitted-to-trade category.

The company is developing AI-led platforms across several sectors, including Blura SAGA and SOCEYE for public safety, BluHealth for healthcare and Praptham for 5G digital infrastructure.

Its international expansion includes initiatives across Africa, supported by strategic partnerships with GCIB Global and regional players. Blue Cloud is pursuing digital infrastructure opportunities in Ghana and Liberia, alongside healthcare digitalisation initiatives in Senegal.

Janaki Yarlagadda, Chairman, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, said, “Admitting on the NSE is a proud moment for everyone at Blue Cloud. Since our BSE listing in 2016 we have grown from an IT services company into a diversified AI-first group with revenue of over Rs 1,000 crore.”

She added that the dual listing provides shareholders with greater choice and liquidity while strengthening the company’s capital-market position as it expands its sovereign AI platforms across multiple regions.

Tejesh Kumar Kodali, Group Chairman, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, said the NSE listing comes at an important stage of the company’s international expansion, particularly across Africa and the US. He highlighted the company’s focus on sovereign AI platforms serving public safety, healthcare and digital infrastructure requirements.

Vinod Babu Bollikonda, Managing Director and Group CEO, said Blue Cloud closed FY26 with consolidated revenue of Rs 1,002 crore, EBITDA of Rs 126.13 crore and PAT of Rs 60.50 crore. In Q1 FY27, revenue increased 41.9 per cent year-on-year to Rs 292.53 crore, while EBITDA reached Rs 59.61 crore, taking the EBITDA margin to 20.4 per cent.

The company said the stronger capital-market presence will provide an additional foundation for scaling its AI platforms and pursuing government and enterprise opportunities across three continents.
