Vertex Group has unveiled its first full-stack smart co-working platform, DK Vertex, backed by a ₹300 crore investment and debuting with an unrivalled one million sq ft footprint and over 10,000 AI-enabled, built-to-suit seats spread across seven state-of-the-art facilities in Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, and Mumbai.
DK Vertex is India’s first end-to-end solution for workspace and business growth, providing various integrated value-added services through a single digital platform, including IT, InfoSec, payroll, hiring, analytics, account management, concierge, and a business networking marketplace. Unique features include integrated podcast and content studios, ad shoot spaces, wellness and recharge zones, crèches, gyms, shuttle/cab services, and vibrant community networking events, all designed to empower productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being.

The launch rollout covers five premium locations in Delhi NCR, plus flagship sites in Bengaluru and Mumbai. Seat pricing ranges from ₹6,000 to ₹18,000 per month, with all major amenities included. Of the one million square feet, 700,000 sq ft is dedicated workspace and 300,000 sq ft is for ancillary and recreational areas. 6,000 seats are already live and 75% occupied, with a further 4,000 built-to-suit seats coming online in the next two months. Clients include a mix of high-growth startups, MSMEs, and over 15 Fortune 500 companies, with 70% of occupants being international brands.
