One Point One Solutions Limited has reported strong financial performance for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, with revenue from operations rising 129.4 per cent year-on-year to Rs 158.32 crore, compared with Rs 69.01 crore in Q1 FY26.
Profit for the period stood at Rs 16.31 crore, up 72.8 per cent from Rs 9.44 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. EBITDA increased 91.5 per cent year-on-year to Rs 39.38 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 24.9 per cent.
Total income for Q1 FY27 stood at Rs 161.90 crore, compared with Rs 74.50 crore in Q1 FY26, representing a 117.3 per cent year-on-year increase. Total comprehensive income rose 114.1 per cent to Rs 19.78 crore.
The quarter marked the first full reporting period reflecting One Point One’s two growth engines operating at scale. Its global human services business was strengthened through the full-quarter consolidation of Netcom BCC, the company’s Latin America acquisition, while its agentic AI business continued to scale through ResolX and its Resolution-as-a-Service model.
ResolX ended Q1 FY27 with 12 live deployments across seven enterprise clients spanning insurance, aviation, banking, automotive and digital assets. These include two of India’s largest life insurers, two Central American banking institutions, a leading Indian airline and a premium European motorcycle marque.
The company said its ResolX deployments have delivered more than 150,000 resolutions and achieved efficiency gains of more than 40 per cent. It also has an active pipeline of proofs of concept across India, the Middle East, the USA and Latin America.
The first full-quarter consolidation of Netcom BCC has further extended One Point One’s near-shore delivery capabilities for the Americas. The company said the acquisition has also contributed to new banking clients in Central America.
The company’s strategy is built around the integration of AI, human expertise, domain capabilities and operational execution, with a focus on moving enterprises from managing activity to achieving measurable outcomes. This approach is captured in its narrative, “From Conversations to Resolutions.”
One Point One Solutions is targeting approximately two times year-on-year revenue growth for FY27 while maintaining its current operating metrics.
Akshay Chhabra, Chairman and Managing Director, One Point One Solutions Limited, said Q1 FY27 was the first quarter in which the company’s global human services and agentic AI growth engines were visible at full scale. He said the company remains focused on automating routine work, elevating human expertise and being accountable for resolution rather than activity.
The company enters FY27 with 8,000 people, more than 100 enterprise logos and two stock-exchange listings, while continuing to expand its AI-led and global enterprise operations capabilities.
