Workday has been named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) Suites. The company also stated that it was recognised as the highest-scoring vendor in Gartner’s Critical Capabilities report for the high-volume hiring use case.

According to Workday, its AI-powered talent acquisition suite is designed to help organisations improve recruiting efficiency, enhance candidate experience, and support large-scale hiring requirements by automating repetitive processes and enabling faster decision-making for talent acquisition teams.

The company stated that its platform supports recruitment across multiple worker categories, including frontline, corporate, full-time, part-time, and contingent roles globally. Organisations including Capita, JLL, Medtronic, Thomson Reuters, and Valvoline are using Workday’s talent acquisition solutions.

Commenting on the recognition, Adam Godson, General Manager of Talent Acquisition Products, Workday, said, “In today’s competitive talent market, organizations face mounting pressure to hire faster, smarter, and more efficiently while delivering exceptional candidate experiences.”

He added, “We believe that being named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Talent Acquisition reflects our commitment to providing a unified, AI-powered solution that helps our customers meet these challenges and transform how they find, engage, and hire talent.”

Workday stated that its talent acquisition suite combines Workday Recruiting with AI capabilities from HiredScore AI for Recruiting and Workday Paradox to support recruitment automation and hiring optimisation.

The company highlighted that customers have reportedly increased recruiter capacity by up to 54 per cent, while hiring manager review time has reduced by up to 35 per cent. It also stated that conversational AI capabilities through Workday Paradox have helped organisations achieve an average candidate satisfaction rate of 95 per cent in 2025 and an average application completion rate of 70 per cent.

For high-volume hiring environments, the company said Workday Paradox enables organisations to achieve an average time-to-hire of three and a half days through automated interview scheduling and workflow management.

Gartner noted that the report reflects the opinions of its research organisation and does not constitute endorsements of any vendor, product, or service.
