Rockwell Automation unveils 2025 sustainability report

Rockwell Automation, Inc. has released its 2025 Sustainability Report, highlighting how the company is combining technology, manufacturing excellence and sustainability to build a more resilient and future-ready world. The report details how sustainability is deeply embedded across Rockwell’s operations, from product design and innovation to sourcing, manufacturing and customer delivery.

Blake Moret, Chairman and CEO, Rockwell Automation, said that as both a manufacturer and a trusted technology partner to industries worldwide, the company is uniquely placed to drive operational transformation through innovation and sustainability. He added that Rockwell’s approach brings together advanced technology and responsible manufacturing to support a more sustainable tomorrow.

In India, Rockwell Automation is playing an active role in strengthening education and workforce development. The company is setting up science laboratories in schools and providing training in areas such as artificial intelligence, data analytics and automation. The report explains that Rockwell’s sustainability strategy is structured around three core pillars, Environment, Social and Governance. On the environmental front, the company is focused on improving energy efficiency, reducing emissions, designing more sustainable products and building a responsible and resilient supply chain. Its social priorities include creating a safe and inclusive workplace, investing in employees and supporting the development of the future workforce. In governance, Rockwell emphasizes integrity across all areas, including cybersecurity, product safety, enterprise risk management and ethical leadership.

Rockwell’s sustainability efforts are designed to create value for multiple stakeholders. For customers, the company provides intelligent, scalable solutions that help them achieve their own sustainability goals. Internally, it is working to make its operations safer, more efficient and more responsible.
