365squared has launched 365callguard, an AI-powered voice fraud protection solution designed to help mobile and fixed-line operators and voice carriers identify and block fraudulent calls before they reach subscribers.
The launch comes as voice fraud continues to pose challenges for operators and carriers. With fraudsters increasingly using AI and social engineering techniques, the industry faces growing financial losses, regulatory scrutiny and risks to subscriber trust.
The 365callguard platform combines dedicated AI models with rule-based detection to identify and mitigate seven major types of voice fraud: vishing, CLI spoofing, Wangiri, International Revenue Share Fraud (IRSF), SIM box fraud, flash calls and robocalls. It provides real-time call analysis and visibility into fraud impact and revenue protection.
