CSM Technologies reports 14 per cent rise in FY26 income

CSM Technologies Limited has reported a 14.0 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated total income to Rs 228.72 crore for FY26, while profit after tax rose 70.2 per cent to Rs 24.01 crore. The company also recorded a 56.6 per cent increase in EBITDA, supported by improved operating leverage and execution efficiencies.

The GovTech and enterprise digital transformation company announced its audited consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, marking its first full-year results as a listed company.

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM.

For the fourth quarter, consolidated total income stood at Rs 61.67 crore, while EBITDA increased 56.03 per cent year-on-year to Rs 16.41 crore. Profit after tax rose 77.72 per cent to Rs 9.30 crore, with the company stating that profitability includes an exceptional charge of Rs 2.73 crore relating to the statutory impact of the new Labour Codes.

Commenting on the results, Priyadarshi Pany, Managing Director & CEO, CSM Technologies, said, “FY26 has been a strong year for CSM Technologies, with total income growing 14.0 per cent while EBITDA and PAT increased by 56.6 per cent and 70.2 per cent, respectively, reflecting improved operating leverage and execution efficiencies. With a healthy order book of Rs 357.63 crore, a strengthened balance sheet and an expanding presence across India and international markets, we enter FY27 well positioned to pursue the opportunities ahead and drive sustainable, profitable growth.”

As of March 31, 2026, the company’s order book stood at Rs 357.63 crore, providing revenue visibility of more than 1.5 times its FY26 revenue. During the year, CSM Technologies invested Rs 10.25 crore in intangible assets under development, Rs 3.17 crore in property, plant and equipment, and Rs 1.17 crore in capital work-in-progress to strengthen its technology capabilities and infrastructure.

The company continued to expand its presence across India and international markets, particularly in Africa, while strengthening its expertise across Government and Public Services, Mining and Allied Services, Agriculture and Allied Services, Industry and Trade Facilitation, Education, Healthcare and Tourism. It also continued to invest in proprietary technology platforms and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, cloud, data analytics and automation.
