bizmobia has announced a technology partnership with Malawi-based Nice & Notable Investments (NNI).
Under the partnership, NNI will launch a cross-border payment and remittance service under its own brand, powered by a platform that bizmobia will deploy, host and manage.
The service is designed to make it simpler for people and businesses in Malawi to send and receive money across borders. It will include a branded mobile app and web portal, an agent network portal, payouts to bank accounts and mobile wallets, cash pick-up, and built-in compliance and customer verification tools.
NNI will operate the service and manage its customer and regulatory relationships in Malawi. bizmobia will provide the technology, integrations, hosting and ongoing technical support. Launch is planned to follow the necessary approval from the Reserve Bank of Malawi.
