GoTrust has expanded its presence in Bengaluru with a new facility designed to support its engineering, product, sales and customer success operations across South India.
The 1,650 sq. ft. Bengaluru hub currently accommodates more than 40 professionals and has seating capacity for over 50 people. The company plans to use the facility as a base for its regional operations while supporting its wider expansion across domestic and international markets.
As part of its growth plans, GoTrust intends to recruit more than 25 additional professionals across specialised functions. The hiring programme will cover areas including privacy engineering, compliance advisory, data governance, AI security and customer-facing roles.
The company said Bengaluru’s concentration of SaaS companies, fintech businesses and Global Capability Centres (GCCs) makes the city an important location for its go-to-market strategy. The expanded presence is expected to bring GoTrust closer to enterprises and technology partners operating within the region’s growing digital ecosystem.
The expansion comes as businesses face increasing requirements around data protection and responsible AI adoption. GoTrust’s platform is designed to help organisations manage areas such as data discovery, consent management, data subject requests, third-party risk and AI governance, supporting compliance with regulations including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), the European Union’s GDPR and emerging AI regulations.

He added that the expanded presence will enable closer engagement with businesses and ecosystem partners as organisations increase their use of AI while dealing with more complex privacy requirements.
The Bengaluru facility forms part of GoTrust’s broader 12–24 month expansion roadmap, with the company planning to strengthen its presence across India, the European Union and the Middle East. Continued investment in AI governance is expected to form a key component of this expansion.
GoTrust provides privacy management and compliance technology for legal, compliance, security and data protection teams. Its platform combines regulatory intelligence with tools for managing data protection obligations and offers both on-premise and SaaS deployment options, along with more than 300 pre-built integrations.
The company said its approach is centred on making privacy management more scalable and sustainable for organisations as regulatory requirements and AI adoption continue to evolve.
