Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has commenced service delivery under Statement of Work No. 1 of its Master Services Agreement with SpaceX International Ltd, MY, marking the beginning of a USD 150 million technology engagement.
The execution begins on August 24, 2026, with delivery and billing expected to start during the current quarter in line with the agreed implementation schedule.
The engagement covers four key technology areas. AI Infrastructure accounts for USD 70 million of the contract value, followed by Data Centre Solutions at USD 30 million. Cybersecurity and Telecommunications each account for USD 25 million.
Blue Cloud will execute the programme through its US operations, drawing on its capabilities across artificial intelligence platforms, cyber defence, telecom engineering, data centre development and operations.
Bhaskar Nallamilli, CEO, Blue Cloud USA, said the transition from the agreement stage to execution reflects the strength of the company’s delivery organisation and strengthens its technology delivery platform in the United States.

The USD 150 million engagement also supports Blue Cloud’s strategy of expanding its integrated technology infrastructure capabilities across international markets. The company operates across areas including AI infrastructure and MLOps, cybersecurity, telecommunications, 5G Fixed Wireless Access, healthcare technology, data centre solutions and public-sector digital platforms.
With Statement of Work No. 1 now moving into execution, Blue Cloud is further strengthening its international delivery capabilities across mission-critical technology infrastructure.
