Magellanic Cloud strengthens growth outlook with series of order pipeline

Magellanic Cloud Limited has continued to build strong business momentum, securing a series of orders worth more than Rs 111.04 crore in recent months across its technology, e-surveillance and digital infrastructure businesses.

The orders have come from major Indian Railways divisions, BFSI institutions, a global technology company, GAIL (India) Limited, PSU banks and Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL), expanding the company’s customer base and strengthening its revenue pipeline.

Among the recent wins, Magellanic Cloud’s subsidiaries secured multiple railway surveillance projects, including orders from Western Railway, South Central Railway, East Central Western Railway and other railway divisions. The company has also expanded its presence in the BFSI segment through AI-powered e-surveillance deployments.

On July 29, Motivity Labs secured purchase orders worth approximately Rs 11.62 crore from a leading global technology company belonging to the MANGA group, strengthening Magellanic Cloud’s global technology business.

Provigil also secured a Rs 12.76 crore integrated e-surveillance order from GAIL (India) Limited, while IVIS received purchase orders for e-surveillance across 1,000 PNB ATM sites, with an aggregate value of approximately Rs 18.4 crore over five years.

The company’s momentum continued in August with orders from Western Railway and DFCCIL. Provigil Surveillance Limited received a Rs 3.73 crore letter of award from DFCCIL for CCTV surveillance across the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor and subsequently secured another Rs 8.90 crore order for an IP-based CCTV surveillance system across various DFCCIL locations.

Commenting on the order momentum, Joseph Sudheer Reddy Thumma, Chairman & Managing Director, Magellanic Cloud Limited, said the consistent flow of orders reflects growing acceptance of the company’s technology-led solutions and its execution capabilities. He added that the company remains focused on building a diversified and scalable business platform while converting its growing opportunity pipeline into sustainable revenue growth.

The company said the continued flow of orders is expected to support its growth through the balance of FY27, with opportunities emerging across technology, railway surveillance, BFSI and critical infrastructure.
