HCLTech has launched its Global Technology Center in GIFT City, Gujarat, to deliver AI-led solutions for its global financial services clients while strengthening technology innovation and talent development.
The new centre will serve as a hub for developing next-generation technology solutions and nurturing future-ready talent. It was inaugurated by Harsh Sanghavi, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat, in the presence of C Vijayakumar, CEO & Managing Director, HCLTech, and Sanjay Kaul (IAS), Managing Director & Group CEO, GIFT City.
HCLTech also signed Memoranda of Understanding with the Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar and Gujarat Technological University (GTU) to strengthen industry-academia collaboration. The partnerships will focus on research in artificial intelligence for financial services, software development and skills enhancement, while providing students and faculty with industry exposure and opportunities to contribute to global digital transformation initiatives.
