Angoor AI has raised Rs 2 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by Venturizer, with participation from prominent angel investors.
Founded by Arpit Agrawal, Anuj Agrawal, and Rishabh Kumar, the Bengaluru-based startup offers an AI-native customer interaction platform that enables businesses to automate engagement across channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, email, web, and voice.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to build its enterprise sales function, expand product and engineering teams, and accelerate its product-led growth strategy.
Angoor AI’s platform creates a unified layer over existing CRM, support, marketing, and sales tools, enabling a seamless and contextual customer experience across the entire lifecycle. It automates customer acquisition, engagement, support, and remarketing using AI, allowing businesses to operate continuously without reliance on manual processes.
Since achieving product-market fit in mid-2025, the startup has onboarded over 20 B2C and D2C brands across India and the UK and is now preparing for expansion into the US market.
