Infosys has announced a strategic collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) aimed at fast-tracking enterprise adoption of generative artificial intelligence across industries. The initiative brings together Infosys Topaz, the company’s AI-first suite of services and platforms, with Amazon Q Developer, AWS’s generative AI-powered assistant.
The collaboration is focused on enhancing Infosys’ internal operations while delivering next-generation AI solutions for enterprises across sectors such as manufacturing, telecom, financial services and consumer goods. By integrating Infosys Topaz with Amazon Q Developer, Infosys is driving AI-powered transformation across key functions including software development, human resources, recruitment, sales and vendor management.
Within the software development lifecycle, the integration enables automated documentation and provides contextual assistance for tasks such as code generation, debugging, testing and legacy code modernisation. This is expected to significantly improve development efficiency, accuracy and speed to delivery.
Infosys is also leveraging AWS generative AI services to build industry-focused solutions. These include advanced end-user engagement platforms for sports and entertainment, powered by Infosys Topaz and Amazon Bedrock, enabling real-time, personalised experiences for global audiences.
