Magellanic Cloud reports strong FY26 growth

Magellanic Cloud has announced its financial results for Q4 FY26, reporting strong operational growth supported by expanding enterprise engagements, AI-driven surveillance solutions, and continued momentum across its technology businesses.

The company reported FY26 total income of over Rs 706 crore, while revenue from operations for Q4 FY26 stood at Rs 205.5 crore, registering 25.5 per cent year-on-year growth.

Profit After Tax for the quarter stood at Rs 30.4 crore, while EBITDA margin improved to 8.1 per cent, reflecting operational efficiency and stable performance across business segments.

Magellanic Cloud said it continued strengthening its position across critical infrastructure surveillance, BFSI security systems, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives during the quarter. The company also expanded its international presence while deepening long-term enterprise customer relationships.

Commenting on the performance, Joseph Sudheer Reddy, Global CEO, Chairman and Managing Director, Magellanic Cloud, said, “Q4 FY26 marked a strong finish to the financial year and reflected the resilience and scalability of our operating model. We witnessed a sustained increase in our e-surveillance business, expanded our presence within Indian Railways and BFSI infrastructure, and continued boosting our enterprise technology partnerships globally.”

He further added, “The company’s focus throughout the year has remained centered on disciplined execution, customer trust, and long-term capability building. The scale of repeat mandates, strategic renewals, and expansion into new markets demonstrates confidence in our solutions and execution framework.”

During the quarter, the company’s subsidiary Provigil Surveillance secured multiple railway and BFSI surveillance infrastructure projects, including orders from South Central Railway, Central Railway divisions, RailTel Corporation of India Limited, Punjab & Sind Bank, and Indian Bank.

The company also highlighted that Motivity Labs, another subsidiary of Magellanic Cloud, secured a major enterprise engagement renewal valued at USD 4.7 million with a global enterprise partner.

Additionally, the company participated in Startup Mahakumbh 5.0 and Convergence Expo 2026 to strengthen its engagement within the technology and innovation ecosystem.
