LatentView Analytics wins two CII AI Awards for agentic and generative AI solutions

LatentView Analytics has won two awards at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) AI Awards 2026 for its artificial intelligence solutions in sales intelligence and marketing. The company received the Best Industry Application award for its Intelligent Research and Insight System (IRIS) and the Best AI Solution Showcase/Technology award for its AI Marketing Solution.

The recognition highlights LatentView’s focus on developing AI applications that address specific business challenges and deliver measurable results. According to the company, both solutions have been deployed in enterprise environments, demonstrating how AI can support operational efficiency and decision-making beyond experimentation.

IRIS was recognised for addressing gaps in mid-market sales research, where information about prospective customers is often scattered across public sources rather than organised in structured databases. Implemented for a leading global digital payments company, the platform consolidates these signals into a unified prospect profile to help sales teams identify relevant opportunities and understand potential product fit more quickly.

The system uses agentic AI orchestration and multi-source reasoning to gather and synthesise information, reducing the manual effort involved in researching prospects. LatentView said IRIS has also been designed to support regulatory compliance and enterprise governance across different regions, making the approach suitable for wider use in sales intelligence.

Ganesh Sankaralingam, Senior Director, Financial Services, LatentView Analytics, said the solution helps sales teams move beyond scattered search results to access consolidated insights in less time. He added that the recognition reflects the value of using agentic AI to make prospect research more actionable.

The company’s second award was for its AI Marketing Solution, a generative AI platform designed to help large organisations produce consistent, audience-specific marketing communications. The solution addresses challenges faced by enterprises with decentralised marketing teams, where campaign messaging can vary across teams and the impact of individual activities can be difficult to measure.

The platform generates messaging tailored to different audiences while grounding content in actual customer feedback and enforcing brand standards. Deployed for a Fortune 500 technology company, the solution has reportedly delivered a 15-fold return on investment and a 25 per cent increase in sales. LatentView also said it has supported product deployments across 170 million devices worldwide, reaching hundreds of millions of end users.

Theagarajan Thanikachalam, Director, Communications & Devices, LatentView Analytics, said the platform was developed to make proprietary customer insights more accessible to marketers without requiring extensive research expertise. He added that combining customer-voice data with brand controls helps teams shorten messaging development cycles and reduce manual iterations.

Sonal Ramrakhiani, Chief Executive Officer, LatentView Analytics, said the awards recognise the company’s emphasis on combining domain expertise and technology to develop AI solutions with measurable business value.

The dual recognition strengthens LatentView’s positioning in enterprise AI, particularly in applications that combine specialised industry knowledge with automated reasoning and content generation. The company said its approach is focused on helping organisations move from AI pilots towards practical, scalable use cases that support faster and more informed business decisions.
