HCLSoftware and Sify Digital Services Limited have announced a strategic partnership to deliver fully managed Sovereign AI solutions for Indian enterprises, focusing on secure, compliant, and locally controlled AI adoption.
The collaboration introduces a unified, full-stack AI ecosystem that ensures complete data residency within India, addressing growing regulatory and data sovereignty requirements. While Sify brings its sovereign AI infrastructure, including secure data centers and platform services, HCLSoftware contributes its suite of enterprise-grade, India-owned business applications to create an integrated AI environment.
The joint offering follows a subscription-based “Sovereign AI Foundation + Applications” model, designed as an end-to-end managed service to accelerate AI adoption across industries. By keeping data within national boundaries, the solution is particularly suited for highly regulated sectors such as BFSI, healthcare, and government.
The partnership combines Sify’s compliant infrastructure with HCLSoftware’s application ecosystem, enabling enterprises to access a seamless AI stack.
