Delinea has launched the Delinea Partner Advantage Program, a new channel framework designed to improve partner profitability, streamline engagement and support business growth through AI-powered enablement and structured partner protections.
Developed with input from partners through a global listening survey, the programme aims to address key channel challenges, including margin erosion, channel conflict and unclear rules of engagement. It provides partners with a structured framework to deliver identity security solutions while enabling predictable and long-term business growth.
The programme is built around three core pillars: Protect, Align and Scale, and includes codified rules of engagement, AI-driven enablement and automated processes to simplify partner operations.
Commenting on the launch, Scott Goree, Senior Vice President of Channel and Alliances at Delinea, said, “Partners don’t care about your partner program. They care about technology that works, protected discounts, and a vendor that’s easy to work with. We built this program around what partners told us they actually need.”
Speaking about the importance of the Indian market, Jude Kannabiran, Vice President, Asia at Delinea, said, “India’s partner ecosystem is one of the most important growth engines we have, and our partners here are increasingly the trusted advisors helping enterprises navigate identity security as AI adoption accelerates. This program gives them a clear, protected path to build on that relationship, recognising the investment they put into every deal and every customer they bring to us. It is how we aim to grow the India business together.”
The programme introduces codified deal registration, teaming protections and earned incumbency discounts to safeguard partner investments and reward customer retention. It also includes AI-powered training, certifications and a partner portal designed to provide sales support throughout the customer engagement cycle.
In addition, Delinea has introduced streamlined tools and automation to simplify the quote-to-cash process, allowing partners to focus more on customer engagement and business development.
According to the Delinea 2026 Identity Security Report – India Spotlight, 46 per cent of Indian organisations have delayed AI initiatives due to identity-related challenges, while 79 per cent reported accepting standing access under operational pressure, the highest level globally. Delinea said the new programme is designed to help partners address these evolving identity security requirements as AI adoption continues to grow.
Mark Thornberry, SVP Partnerships, GuidePoint Security, said, “The Delinea Partner Advantage Program reflects a strong commitment to building successful, long-term partnerships. The program provides a clear framework that supports how we work together in the market, while recognizing the value partners bring through the customer relationships we cultivate and support.”
The Delinea Partner Advantage Program offers three partner tiers: Elite, Premier and Select, with each tier providing different levels of access, investment and support based on partner engagement.
