Visafir launches AI-enabled visa facilitation platform for Indian travellers

Visafir has launched an AI-enabled visa facilitation platform designed to simplify international travel documentation for Indian travellers, professionals and businesses by combining artificial intelligence with expert human verification.

Founded in 2025, the technology-led company aims to streamline visa preparation through a structured and transparent process as outbound travel from India continues to grow and visa documentation requirements become increasingly complex.

The platform supports visa applications for more than 120 destinations through its AI + Human “Double-Lock” verification model. It combines AI-assisted form filling, intelligent document validation, destination-specific documentation checklists, appointment scheduling, pre-submission reviews and end-to-end application management, while ensuring every application undergoes human verification before submission.

Visafir said its digital onboarding process enables travellers to become application-ready in as little as five minutes, replacing lengthy paperwork and multiple office visits with a digital experience. The platform also identifies missing or incomplete documents before submission and provides transparent pricing along with real-time application status updates through calls, email and WhatsApp.

The company said it retains human experts throughout the visa application process, recognising the security-sensitive nature of visa documentation and the need to address evolving consular requirements.

Commenting on the launch, Parvesh Dhull, Founder & Director, Visafir, said, “International travel should be exciting—not stressful. Over the years, I have seen countless travellers struggle with confusing documentation requirements, incomplete paperwork, and avoidable delays despite having genuine travel plans. We founded Visafir with a simple vision: to combine the speed and intelligence of AI with the assurance of expert human guidance, making visa preparation simpler, faster, and more transparent. Our goal is to remove the complexity from documentation so travellers can focus on planning their journey with confidence.”

Visafir currently serves individual travellers, families and corporate clients across India for destinations including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the Schengen region, the UAE, Japan, China, Indonesia and several other international markets. The company said it is supported by a team of more than 100 visa specialists and plans to further enhance its AI capabilities, introduce advanced self-service tracking tools and continue investing in technology to simplify visa facilitation while maintaining personalised human support.
