Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BCSSL) has been empanelled by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) as a Captive Non-Public Network (CNPN) Provider under Category III, allowing the company to participate in enterprise private network projects across India.
The empanelment follows the signing of a formal agreement between BSNL and BCSSL, under which the company will collaborate with the telecom operator to plan, design, deploy, commission and maintain captive private network solutions for enterprise customers. The agreement will remain valid for 60 months, subject to its terms and conditions.
The company clarified that while the empanelment makes BCSSL eligible to participate in enterprise CNPN projects alongside BSNL, it does not guarantee any specific business or revenue. The financial impact will depend on the projects secured in the future.
Captive Non-Public Networks are gaining importance as enterprises increasingly adopt secure, dedicated communication networks to support Industry 4.0 initiatives, smart manufacturing, logistics automation, mission-critical communications and digital enterprise applications.
Through the empanelment, BCSSL will be eligible to partner with BSNL on enterprise CNPN projects across its operational regions, strengthening its presence in India’s growing private network ecosystem and expanding opportunities to deliver connectivity solutions across industries.
