Netcore launches Audience Agent to simplify customer segmentation for marketers

Netcore has launched Audience Agent, a new conversational AI-powered segmentation solution designed to eliminate the complexity of audience creation and help marketing teams execute campaigns faster and more effectively.

The new tool allows marketers to create, refine, and optimise customer segments through natural language prompts rather than manually configuring rules, attributes, and workflows. By replacing traditional segmentation processes with conversational interactions, the platform aims to address one of the most significant operational challenges faced by modern marketing teams.

Audience Agent enables marketers to continuously modify audience criteria in real time while preserving the full context of previous interactions. Users can narrow audiences, add exclusions, introduce geographic filters, or refine intent signals without rebuilding segmentation logic from scratch.

The launch strengthens Netcore’s broader vision for agentic marketing, where AI systems move beyond static automation to operate with context, memory, and continuous optimisation. The company says the platform can reduce segment creation time by up to 90 per cent, enabling faster campaign deployment, increased experimentation, and more precise customer targeting.

A key feature of the solution is its transparency. Rather than functioning as a black box, Audience Agent displays segmentation rules directly on the workspace, allowing marketers to review, edit, validate, and audit AI-generated recommendations before activation.
