The innovation addresses a key limitation in traditional voice AI systems, which often begin interactions without context, leading to repetitive questioning and longer call durations. By adopting a context-first approach, the Humanoid Vision Agent enables more informed and efficient conversations from the outset.
The system processes product images to identify attributes such as colour, material, and design, while also extracting insights from product descriptions and aligning them with buyer requirements. This allows the agent to begin conversations with a clear understanding of user intent, improving engagement and reducing friction.
According to Apurv Agrawal, Co-Founder and CEO, SquadStack.ai, the focus is shifting beyond voice quality towards building intelligent, context-aware interactions that drive better outcomes at scale.
The solution is already being deployed with IndiaMART, where it is enhancing buyer-seller interactions by integrating image-based insights into live conversations, enabling more precise and relevant communication.
By reducing redundant interactions and improving contextual relevance, the Humanoid Vision Agent is expected to help businesses lower call durations, enhance customer experience, and increase conversion efficiency across large-scale operations.
The company plans to further expand the agent’s capabilities through multimodal integrations, including platforms like WhatsApp, and by incorporating deeper contextual layers such as buyer history and category-level data to improve conversational accuracy.
