Samsung has inaugurated a state-of-the-art Business Experience Studio (BES) in Gurugram, creating a future-ready space for enterprises to explore its AI-driven, connected B2B solutions through immersive, real-world use cases.
With an existing BES already operational in Mumbai, the Gurugram facility further strengthens Samsung’s focus on building advanced enterprise engagement platforms in India.
Designed as a high-impact experience centre, the studio brings together Samsung’s portfolio of mobile devices, displays, healthcare equipment and smart technologies to demonstrate how organisations can enhance productivity, operational efficiency and digital transformation through seamless integration and enterprise-grade security.
Spanning 6,700 square feet, the Gurugram BES offers a guided experience for decision-makers across sectors including start-ups, education, hospitality, healthcare, retail and banking. The space features multiple simulated business environments, allowing partners and customers to visualise the deployment of Samsung’s technologies at scale across workplaces and institutions.
JB Park, President and Chief Executive Officer of Samsung Southwest Asia, said the studio reflects Samsung’s belief that the future of business will be driven by intelligent, AI-led experiences that are connected, secure and human-centric. He added that the BES demonstrates how applied AI, embedded across devices and platforms, can enable meaningful and scalable digital transformation for enterprises.
The studio highlights Samsung’s leadership in AI-enabled, connected ecosystems supported by platforms such as Samsung Knox, VXT and LYNK Cloud. These solutions are designed to deliver secure and reliable deployment across distributed environments, including classrooms, banks, hospitals, retail outlets and hospitality chains.
The Gurugram BES showcases industry-specific solutions for education, retail, finance and healthcare, including smart classrooms, immersive retail displays, AI-powered banking workflows and advanced healthcare imaging systems. It also features unified solutions for modern workspaces, hospitality and facilities management, alongside demonstrations of intelligent climate control systems and large-format display technologies for enterprise use.
In addition, the studio brings Samsung’s connected lifestyle ecosystem to life through simulations of smart homes, work-from-home environments and immersive entertainment experiences, highlighting the role of AI and connectivity in shaping the future of living and work.
With the launch of the Gurugram Business Experience Studio, Samsung is reinforcing its commitment to supporting Indian enterprises with future-ready technologies that drive innovation, enhance customer experiences and enable sustainable growth.
