Wonderla Pioneers Industry-First Single QR Code Experience across all Parks, in partnership with QueueBuster

Wonderla Holidays Ltd., India’s largest amusement park chain, announced a major milestone in its digital transformation journey with the launch of a mobile-first, unified park management system, developed in partnership with QueueBuster, a leading retail-tech platform.
This transformation, anchored by the industry-first Single QR Code experience, is revolutionizing how guests interact with Wonderla parks, enabling faster entries, shorter queues, seamless transactions, and personalized services across all locations. The new system is now operational at Wonderla Bengaluru, Kochi, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar, accessible through Wonderla’s online booking portals.

The Single QR Code experience forms the core of Wonderla’s broader digital ecosystem, a mobile-first POS and operations platform that unifies entry, F&B, retail, lockers, and costume rentals into one connected interface.

Wonderla’s new digital platform enhances guest convenience and operational excellence through a range of smart features. Visitors can now enter the park instantly with real-time scan access across multiple gates, redeem pre-booked meal plans with ease at various outlets, and access RFID-enabled lockers and quick costume rentals without hassle. The platform also enables guests to shop and pay seamlessly through cashless, secure transactions across all retail and F&B counters.

Beyond improving the guest experience, the system drives efficiency and revenue growth for Wonderla. With integrated billing, finance, and inventory systems, the platform increases order throughput, reduces queues, and supports the launch of new offerings such as combo packages, digital wallets, and loyalty programmes to boost average revenue per user (ARPU). Real-time data visibility further empowers the management team to make faster, data-driven decisions across all parks, reinforcing Wonderla’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
