His leadership resulted in the development of risk scorecards underwriting $15B+ in retail loans, 300+ daily customer nudges powered by 17,000+ variants, and over 49 valuation models for both retail and commercial portfolios. He also championed the adoption of GenAI across marketing, risk, and operations, leading a 70+ member data science team.
Before Axis Bank, Anish held various leadership roles at Capital One in the U.S., where he managed credit marketing strategy for a $4B+ portfolio and pioneered optimization models for credit card acquisitions.
