CSM Technologies has secured ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification, the international standard for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems (AIMS), strengthening its framework for responsible development, deployment and oversight of AI-enabled solutions.
The certification follows an independent audit and covers CSM Technologies’ end-to-end technology services, including software and application development, artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, digital transformation, IT consultancy, systems integration, managed IT and cloud services, and data management and governance.
The certification validates the company’s approach to AI governance against globally recognised principles covering transparency, accountability and structured risk management. It comes as organisations and regulators place greater emphasis on responsible and controlled adoption of AI.
Under its AI Management System, CSM Technologies has embedded a formal AI policy with measurable objectives into its standard operating procedures. Its AI delivery processes use approved tools, defined data classification protocols and lifecycle documentation across the development pipeline.
The company’s Core Technology Group monitors AI usage, performance and control effectiveness on an ongoing basis. AI-related risks are also tracked through a dedicated AI Risk Register, enabling the organisation to identify, address and monitor risks throughout their lifecycle.
Priyadarshi Nanu Pany, Managing Director & CEO, CSM Technologies, said, “As CSM scales its AI-led offerings across governments and enterprises in India, Africa, and North America, our clients need to know that innovation is matched by discipline.”
He added that the ISO/IEC 42001 certification provides independent validation of CSM’s policy, oversight and risk-management framework, giving partners greater confidence in adopting AI-driven solutions at scale.
The certification adds to CSM Technologies’ existing quality and security accreditations and supports its continued deployment of AI and generative AI capabilities across its GovTech, digital transformation and managed services portfolio.
