With over a decade of rich experience in driving digital and technology transformation, Prashant has been an integral part of Tata Capital since 2015, steadily rising through leadership roles. Prior to his current appointment, he served as Deputy Vice President, where he was responsible for shaping technology strategy, leading digital initiatives, and driving innovation across home loan and corporate platforms.
He has led the development of new-age digital lending platforms, enabling financial access to underserved SMEs through data-driven credit profiling. His leadership in core LOS, LAS platforms, Salesforce CRM, and projects like OCEN, GeM Sahay, GST Sahay, and Account Aggregator has been pivotal to the company’s transformation journey.
Earlier in his career, he held roles at Reliance Capital, where he managed large-scale digital programs, platform selection, architecture design, and end-to-end deployment across mobile and web platforms.
