Adani Infra (India) Limited has appointed Rakesh Dhanda as its new Chief Digital Officer (CDO). With over two decades of experience in driving enterprise-wide digital transformation, IT strategy, and process optimization, Rakesh will lead the company’s digital roadmap from its Ahmedabad headquarters. His mission: to fast-track innovation and elevate operational efficiency across Adani Infra’s expansive infrastructure portfolio in India and internationally.
Prior to this appointment, Rakesh served as VP – IT & CIO at Rossari Biotech, where he led digital-first strategies, automation programs, and analytics-led decision-making. Before that, as CDO at L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering, he pioneered digital twin platforms for project management and implemented IIoT-powered connected worker ecosystems.
His earlier leadership roles at Asahi India Glass, Cairn Oil & Gas, ABB, Musashi Auto Parts, and PepsiCo enriched his expertise in cloud transformation, ERP deployments, and change management at scale.
